Free or Reduced Meals

School district meals are available free or at a reduced price to eligible students.  To qualify for free or reduced priced breakfast or lunch for your children, you must complete an application and return it to the school or Food Service Office at the beginning of each school year.  All applications must be filled out completely according to the attached instructions.  A letter and application regarding the Free and Reduced Lunch Program will be sent home with your child on the first day of school.  Only one application should be returned per family for all students attending the Stevens Point Public School District.  Please remember to include all members of the family who are attending school on one form.  Do not send separate applications to each school.  The application can also be picked up at any public school or downloaded from this website.

Any family who is applying for free or reduced price meals and was not approved the previous year, will need to send money with their child/children for lunches or provide a sack lunch until they receive their determination letter from the district.

Any students who were enrolled in the program the previous school year will receive their previous free/reduced status until October 15, 2013.  A new application must be completed each year.
