 SPORTS PHYSICAL INFORMATION

Use the following guidelines when determining the need for a new physical exam:

Prior to 4/1/2011:  The physical exam has expired.  A new exam is needed for athletic participation.

Between 4/1/2011 - 3/30/2012:  The physical exam is valid, but an alternate year card, signed by a parent or guardian, is required

Exam dated 4/1/2012 to present:  No new exam, nor alternate year card is needed at this time.

Summer 2013 Sports Physical Dates:

July 9th- 5:30 5th floor of St. Michael's Hospital

July 17th-5:30 - Ministry Plover Clinic

July 30th- Wisconsin Valley Athletic Medical, 5200 Hummingbird Rd., Rib Mountain 6:00pm - 8:30pm

The cost of physical exam is $25.00 with $20.00 donated back to our athletic department

 



Brad Stroik, a 2010 SPASH graduate has been named the NCAA Division III baseball recipient of the Elite 89 award, which is awarded to the student-athlete who holds the highest grade point average and is competing at the championship. (3.95 gpa)

 

Stroik is triple-majoring in pre-medicine, biology, and bio-chem and is also a Spanish minor. The junior is scheduled to take the Medical College Admission Test shortly after the World Series.

 

Stroik has made 14 appearances, including five starts, for the Pointers. His 50 innings pitched is the third most on the team and has a perfect 5-0 record.
